For Digital Marketing Agencies

Your WordPress Delivery Arm. Built In.

You sell strategy, SEO, ads, and content — not custom themes and plugin debugging. Oktohut becomes the WordPress production team behind your agency, so you can say yes to bigger retainers without expanding payroll.

Built For Agencies That…

Sound Familiar?

The Bottleneck Isn't Strategy, It's Execution

Digital marketing agencies hit a specific wall when client work stops being copy + ads and starts touching the website. Here's what we hear from agency owners every week.

01
Landing Pages

Every campaign needs a page

You've sold the PPC strategy. Now the client needs a custom landing page by Monday. Your team builds in Webflow — but the client's site is WordPress. Cue freelancer scramble.

02
SEO Implementation

SEO recs sit in a doc

You audit a client site. Identify 40 fixes. Send the recommendations. Six months later half are still unimplemented because no one on the client's side has the dev capacity.

03
Site Speed & Core Web Vitals

Performance kills your wins

Your ad copy is great. Your CTR is great. Your conversions are awful because the client's WordPress site is on outdated hosting with 14 plugins. You can't fix what you can't access.

04
CRO & Testing

A/B tests need a dev

You spec the experiment. Now someone has to build the variants, instrument the analytics, and ship them clean. Your strategist isn't a dev. Your client's dev is "two weeks out".

05
Migrations & Rebuilds

Clients ask for "a refresh"

It starts as "small updates" and turns into a rebuild. You're a marketing agency. You either turn it down, sub-contract painfully, or try to deliver it and pray.

06
Tracking & Analytics

GA4. GTM. Pixels. Events

The reporting stack is more complex every quarter. Setting up server-side tagging or conversion APIs is a dev job — but you bill it as part of "marketing".

How Oktohut Fits

The dev team your agency already needs to act like

Instead of subcontracting to a different freelancer for every job, you get one dedicated pod that knows your stack, your standards, and your clients.

Campaign landing pages on demand

Brief on Monday, live by Thursday. Custom builds or Elementor/Gutenberg — whatever the client's stack uses. White-labeled. Branded as yours.

SEO recommendations, shipped

Hand the audit to your pod. They implement schema, fix internal linking, optimise meta, restructure URLs. Your SEO recs stop dying in inboxes.

Speed & Core Web Vitals fixes

Caching, image optimisation, JS deferral, hosting migrations. Sub-2-second LCP on most sites within a week.

CRO test builds & instrumentation

Build A/B variants in VWO, Optimizely, or native. Wire up GA4 events and conversion tracking. You ship the strategy. We ship the code.

Migrations & rebuilds

Take on the "refresh" projects that used to scare you. Full builds from Figma, platform migrations, hosting moves — zero downtime, zero drama.

Tracking & reporting stack

GA4, GTM, server-side tagging, conversion APIs, custom dashboards. Set up clean once, maintained forever.

The Margin Story

Sell development at marketing-agency margins

Most digital marketing agencies mark up WordPress development 60–100% when they own delivery. With a pod, you can finally compete on those projects — without the headcount risk.

Run the numbers honestly: a single landing page billed at $3,500 with a pod cost of ~$300 in production hours = $3,200 retained. Multiply by the campaigns you currently turn away.

FAQ for Marketing Agencies

Specific Questions For Digital Marketers

We're not technical. Can you handle briefs from non-devs?

Yes — most of our tickets come from strategists, account managers, and founders, not developers. Your PM translates "make this landing page convert better" into a buildable scope. You don't need to know what ACF is to work with us.

Can you work inside a client's WordPress site that we don't own?

Absolutely — that's most of our work. We follow your client's stack, plugins, and conventions. We never push or pull access ourselves; you provision the login and we operate inside their environment cleanly.

Do you handle GA4 / GTM / Meta Conversions API setup?

Yes. Tracking and analytics implementation is one of the most common ticket types we receive. Server-side GTM, enhanced conversions, Meta and LinkedIn CAPI, custom event taxonomies — standard work.

Can we use you to deliver work to multiple clients at once?

Yes. One pod handles one active project slot — but small tickets across multiple clients can be queued and rotated by your PM. Agencies running 10+ active accounts usually add a second pod for parallel delivery.

Do you build in Webflow / Shopify / Framer?

Our pods are WordPress specialists — that's where we go deep. We don't do Webflow or Framer builds. We do work alongside Shopify when the marketing site is WordPress and the store is Shopify, which is a common setup.

Can you maintain our website after launch?

Absolutely. We offer ongoing website maintenance, updates, security monitoring, plugin management, backups, and technical support to keep your site running smoothly.
