Why does the trial cost $149 instead of being free?
It covers real dev, QA, and PM time on your actual task, and it's credited back if you subscribe. It also means we're both serious — no throwaway requests on either side.
What's excluded from the trial?
Full website builds, full WooCommerce store builds, advanced custom development, and rushed same-day emergency work are not included in the trial week.
Do I communicate directly with the developer?
No — all communication goes through your Project Manager. Your PM translates briefs, manages the dev, and delivers to you. One point of contact, always.
What if my task is bigger than 2–3 items?
Tell us on the form — we'll scope what fits in the trial and quote the rest separately, or recommend starting directly on a Monthly Pod if that's a better fit.
Is the $149 credit guaranteed?
Yes — if you subscribe to a Monthly or Dual Pod within 14 days of your trial task being delivered, the full $149 is credited to your first invoice.
What timezone does the pod work in?
Pods are async-first, which means we accommodate most working hours. Your PM confirms overlap windows on the intake call. The 48–72hr turnaround applies to business days across standard time zones.
