Four Steps From Signup to Delivery

Simple by design. We've worked with enough agencies to know that complexity is the enemy of momentum.

01

Subscribe

Choose your plan — or start with a trial.

Not ready to commit? Start with a trial week — no subscription required. If you love it, convert to monthly at any time. If you're ready to go, pick monthly or quarterly billing.

No lock-in. Cancel with 30 days' notice, no questions asked.

02

Intake Call

A 30-minute call to scope the first project.

Your Project Manager runs a short intake call to understand the brief, timelines, and any white-label requirements. We set up your Zoho Desk workspace and you're ready to submit tasks immediately after.

03

Submit Tasks

Raise a ticket or send an email. That's it.

Submit tasks through Zoho Desk or simply forward a client email. No new workflows to learn. Your PM acknowledges within a few hours, asks any clarifying questions, and assigns the work to the pod.

One active project at a time. Need parallel capacity? Add a second pod.

04

Deliver

We build. You deliver under your brand.

Your pod builds, QA tests, and hands back deliverables through Zoho Desk. Everything is white-labeled — no Oktohut branding appears anywhere. You pass it straight to your client as if it came from your own team.

How a Task Moves Through the POD

From the moment you submit a brief to the moment your client receives the work — here's exactly what happens inside the pod.

You Submit

Raise a Zoho Desk ticket or send an email brief with assets and deadline to your PM.

PM Scopes

Your Project Manager reviews, asks any clarifying questions, confirms timeline, and assigns to the Dev.

Dev Builds

Senior Developer builds to brief — custom theme, page, plugin, fix, or migration.

QA Signs Off

QA Engineer tests across browsers, devices, and performance benchmarks before anything ships.

PM Delivers

Deliverables returned to you via Zoho Desk or email — white-labeled, ready to forward to your client.

Client Is Happy

Your client receives polished work under your brand. They never know Oktohut exists.

Questions About the Process

From simple questions to the ones keeping you up at night

How detailed does my brief need to be?

As detailed as you have. Your PM will always ask clarifying questions before work begins. For standard tasks a few sentences is enough; for complex builds we'll run a short scope document past you before starting.

What happens if I'm not happy with the deliverable?

Revisions are included. Raise a revision ticket or reply to the delivery email with feedback — your PM will triage and the pod will iterate. We're done when you're happy, not when the first draft is sent.

Can I have multiple projects running simultaneously?

Each pod handles one active project at a time, but you can queue upcoming work. If you need parallel capacity, adding a second pod subscription gives you a dedicated second team for a different client or project.

Do I communicate directly with the developer?

No — all communication goes through your Project Manager. This keeps things clean, professional, and truly white-label. Your PM translates briefs, manages the dev, and delivers to you. One point of contact, always.

What timezone does the pod work in?

Pods are async-first, which means we accommodate most working hours. Your PM will confirm overlap windows on the intake call. The 48-hour turnaround applies to business days across standard time zones.

Can we cancel anytime?

Yes. No long-term contracts. Cancel with 30 days notice. We earn your business every month through reliable service.
